Value-based care on the SquareML platform

Value-based contracts pay for outcomes, not volume. That only works if the organization can see risk early and prove the intervention happened.

SquareML ingests EHR, imaging, devices, and quality measures, then scores patients and populations. A person with diabetes and hypertension can be flagged before an exacerbation, not after an admission.

The same models roll up to population health: who is rising-risk, where readmissions cluster, which programs are actually closing gaps. Remote patient monitoring feeds can sit on the same event engine as ADT.

This is the no-code path for clinical and quality teams who should not wait on a custom data-science project for every new measure year.
