Making healthcare data usable

Healthcare does not have a shortage of data. It has a shortage of joined, trusted, timely data. EHR, claims, devices, and notes live in different contracts and formats.

SquareML's first job is that join: clean, map, and present a patient and a population that quality, clinical, and operations teams can share.

Once that view exists, risk scores, gap lists, and summaries are features, not a new science project. Privacy stays in scope: role-based access, audit trails, and HIPAA controls on the same workspace.

The point is not a prettier dashboard. It is a ranked action for the team that owns the member or the patient this week.
