Delete your MediCare+ account

This page is the public way to request deletion. You can also start deletion in the app when that control is available (Profile, then Delete account).

Deletion removes your MediCare+ login and personal data SquareML is not legally required to keep. Turning the account “off” without deletion is not enough. This form prepares an email. It does not delete the account instantly.

Because MediCare+ is used in healthcare, we may verify that the request comes from the account holder (for example a confirmation email). Your clinic may also be required to keep visit records under medical or accounting law. If some records must be kept, we will say so.

Typical timeline: up to 30 days, then a confirmation email.

Request deletion

Send the request to sales@squareml.ai with subject MediCare+ Delete Account. Use the form to prepare the message. If a mail app does not open, copy the text and send it yourself.

What to include

Full name
Email and phone on the account
Clinic name
The statement: “I request deletion of my MediCare+ account and associated personal data.”
